Just how stressed are Kiwis? What is stressing them out and how much is work tying them down? And even when Kiwis take a break away from work, it seems that more than three quarters of us can’t ditch the office and regard work as just a part of everyday life – even when we are on holiday.
These are findings from a 2017 New Zealand research report commissioned by a major hotel chain, Choice Hotels Asia-Pacific, to understand how interested Kiwis are in short breaks to address their stress, and what are the barriers for Kiwis taking short breaks.
